A new business focus was launched and, following our October Management Summit, a whole range of actions were initiated that will result in deliverables throughout 2002.

We will show that we can boost our Cisco and Microsoft professional services business. Indeed, we will show that IBM is not a PRICE-BREAKER but a company that asks a fair price in exchange for excellent quality. We will show our real customer focus, our cashflow-driven behaviour, our cooperative attitude to our colleagues, and our loyalty to the Company.
