Explanation:
While viewing this site, it is recommended that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher (5.5 Recommended). In order to use SSL properly, you must have a 128-Bit cipher strength or higher. This means that the resources available to your browser security are in 128-Bit format. You can check what your cipher strength is by accessing the "Help" menu in Microsoft Internet Explorer. (The last item to the right in the main menu) (example below). A common problem which prevents the full use of the featured SSL technology, is a 40-bit cipher strength. (For Instructions on upgrading to a 128-bit cipher strength browser, see below.
