Let me try again…
The customer who decides to use the company’s services is offered two options:
(1) Customers who have the technical competence to modify code can ask for code, which can be incorporated into their own web sites;]
(2) Customers who do not have the technical competence (or do not want to modify code) can ask for a specialized player, which I assume can be configured via a graphical interface (or maybe a simple configuration file).
