Bonsoir,

Je traduis un questionnaire traitant des risques et de la conformité en TI et je bloque sur "Head IT" qui se trouve dans la rubrique "Choisissez dans la liste ci-dessous l’intitulé qui correspond le mieux à votre travail".

Selon vous, y a-t-il d'un équivalent en français ("Chef TI", par exemple ?) ou faut-il laisser l'expression en anglais dans le texte ?

Je ne pense pas qu'il faille en enlever un. Peut être écrire "responsable informatique" mais c'est un peu de la devinette !
