Node is the second item on the list. Nodes do basically two things: they
form a network to transfer data from Tags to System Server and they act as
locating beacons. How accurate is the IPCS? That depends on the total
number of Nodes used. If you want to be able to pinpoint people down on
room level, simply place a Node in each room.

This is about precision level, if I'm not mistaken: room level is more precise than floor level, which is more precise than building level.
