Je n'ai jamais entendu parlé de la fonction "d'approvisionnement" dans une entreprise, mais fonction des achats. J'ai récemment constaté une habitude de certains proziens à traduire par "approvisionnement" dans les intitulés de poste, ce qui est à mon avis une bévue. On parle de la fonction achats.

Il suffit de taper dans google "directeur des achats" (32100 hits) et "directeur de l'approvisionnement" (199 hits).
