Donc, si l'acquéreur ne parvient pas à obtenir gain de cause suite à sa réclamation, par l'intermédiaire du fournisseur, il disposera d'un autre recours au titre du Contrat, c'est-à-dire demander une réclamation pour Produit défectueux et cette fois auprès du Fournisseur.
