Patent - I have problems translating "labile". I found "composé actif dégradable dans de l'acide" and "composé actif d'acide labile"... so it's two rather diferent translations, and I honestly don't know which to choose, if any!
The document is about a new oral adminitration form comprising a proton pump inhibitor.
Further in the doc, I found "acid-labile proton pump inhibitor"...

Pour moi, la réponse de Gilles est correcte je veux seulement répondre à la question qu'il me semble vous vous posez réellement :

"composé actif d'acide labile" est un contresens.
Cela pourrait être la traduction de "labile acid active coumpound"
E,n outre, le trait d'union entre acid et labile indique clairement le lien de cause à effet entre la présence d'acide et la dégradation du produit.
Si le terme était "acid labile active compound" la traduction pourrait alors être "composé actif labile [et] acide" ce qui existe bien sûr.
