Au royaume-uni, la loi distingue ses deux fonctions, data controller = gère les données et data processor = traite les données. Je me demandais si une telle distinction existait en France et s'il y avait des traductions "officielles" autres que "processeur/traiteur de données" et "préposé aux travaux informatiques" (GDT).
