"Acceleration Event" means an Event of Default that has occurred and is continuing unremedied and unwaived and the delivery of notice of such Event of Default by the Agent pursuant to Clause 27.17 (b), (c) or (d) (Acceleration) of the Senior Facilities Agreement and/or Clause 23.17 (b) (Acceleration) of the Mezzanine Facility Agreement.
Explanation: “Obligation Default or Acceleration” event represents one where a debt
covenant(s) for the reference entity has been violated, thereby making
the debt obligation come due prior to the original maturity date.
Explanation: It looks to me as though this is a clause from a loan agreement in which case "évènement de remboursement anticipé obligatoire" is more appropriate than "évènement de crédit" which is the equivalent term in capital markets transactions.
