évènement de remboursement anticipé obligatoire

Explanation:
It looks to me as though this is a clause from a loan agreement in which case "évènement de remboursement anticipé obligatoire" is more appropriate than "évènement de crédit" which is the equivalent term in capital markets transactions.

This comes directly from the official French translation of the Loan Market Association Multicurrency Term Facility Agreement.
