Bonjour !
En fait, "good will" renvoie à une notion juridique en droit anglais, qui est "en gros", l'obligation de loyauté (mais c'est plus large en droit anglais). Donc, le moins éloigné, me semble-t-il, c'est "relations loyales", qui évite aussi de sombrer dans le "juridisme" !!
