Explanation:
L'ennui c'est que statutory peut signifier aussi bien légal que statutaire. En réalité, je ne pense pas que des congés puissent découler des statuts, mais plutôt du contrat de travail.
Dans le cas présent, ce que l'on veut dire c'est que l'employé doit d'abord épuiser son droit légal, donc "Vous prendrez d'abord vos congés légaux."
C'est comme ça que je vois la chose...
