Nous sommes dans le cadre d'un Appel d'Offres. J'ai pensé traduire "Notice of Intent to Award" par Avis d'Attribution, mais il apparait plus loin dans mon texte que l'Attribution a été finalisée à une date ultérieure. Ca ne colle pas... Merci pour votre aide
