Contractor agrees to pay all claims for services, labor, equipment, machinery, materials and supplies furnished by Contractor hereunder and agrees to allow no lien or charge to arise upon any rig, lease, well, or land on which any well is located, or other property of Canrig or the party for whom Canrig is performing services. Contractor agrees to indemnify, protect, defend, and hold Canrig harmless from and against all such claims, charges and liens. |
