If the Client desires to terminate this Agreement due to Designer’s fault, Client shall give Designer written notice detailing the nature of Designer’s fault and possible remedies, whereupon Designer shall have reasonable period of time (but in no event less than 30 days) to cure such fault. Termination by Client without giving Designer such notice and cure period shall be considered “termination without Designer’s fault” as described above.
