Pour la France, on parle aussi de "réception des travaux", mais en terme de certificat, on utilise plutôt "Constat de réception des travaux":

"La réception est l'acte par lequel le maître de l'ouvrage déclare accepter l'ouvrage avec ou sans réserves. Elle intervient à la demande de la partie la plus diligente, soit à l'amiable, soit, à défaut, judiciairement... Elle vaut acceptation des conditions apparentes de réalisation de l'ouvrage et met généralement fin aux contrats de travaux... Si l'ouvrage est en parfait état, la réception est acceptée sans réserve et vous devez verser le solde du prix des travaux... Réglementation: Code Civil, art.1792_6; Code de la construction et de l'habitation. Art.L.111-19; Art.R.111-24
