Je comprends le sens au vu de la définition suivante :
"Nonassertion covenants (nonasserts for short) grant permission to third parties to practice a patent they would otherwise infringe" (explications complémentaires sur http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-assertion_covenant)....
mais impossible de trouver la traduction adéquate.
