agree  Germaine: mais je vois un problème à enfiler avec "in respect of such tax" / "concernant..." ne me semble pas aller non plus, mais c'est une autre question. P.S.: abattement "de" (plutôt que "sur")?

  -> Oui. "in respect of .." s'accorde à mon avis avec "relief" : l'abattement (ou la réduction, au choix) "concernant cet impôt"
