"NET EOM 10 or NET 10 PROX or NET 10th PROX all mean the same thing. The invoice is due on the 10th of the month after the reference date on the invoice. The term PROX is most commonly used when there are mixed NET terms and discount terms such as 2% 10th PROX / NET 60 or 2% 10 / NET 10 PROX."

disagree  Germaine: Selon la définition, une facture datée du mercredi (et seq.) devra quand même être réglée le lundi. On ne peut donc parler de "exactement" + proximo = prochains, non?
