English to French translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Taxation & Customs / Export licence | | English term or phrase: provides for identification of other intermediate destinations that it may take. | Context :
"Select the country where the end-item will ultimately be sold/exported/located. The application provides for identification of other intermediate destinations that the defense article(s) may make."
Extract of official guidelines to fill the a export licence application form. Want to be sur to get the meaning right : all transit countries have to be mentionned on the form - or - the application will be valid for any transit counry, without mentionning them, as long as you select the final destination?
I vote for the first one , but would like to be confirmed.
