pays extradant Explanation: Je dirais : "Il en résulte que l'on ne peut s'appuyer (se fonder) sur la possibilité de recours auprès de la Cour Européenne des Droits de l'Homme pour décharger l'état extradant (ou l'état d'extradition) de ses obligations découlant du principe Soering." Le terme "pays extradant" je ne l'ai trouvé que dans le site dont je donne l'adresse, mais ça ne me semble pas très "français" (le site est allemand...)
