English term or phrase: make whole
Ce verbe est utilisé dans la phrase suivante : "these damages from the company's inability to make an offer are typical tort damages that would make the company whole by putting it in the position it would have been in absent alleged fraudulent inducement". Est-ce dans le sens de dédommager ou avez vous d'autres propositions ?
