voici l'explication de "first" (tirée du site en référence) :Suite à la suspension de l’application de la loi 3310/2005 concernant le même sujet (voir IP/05/356, IP/05/492), la loi existant "antérieurement" (3021/2002) a de nouveau été appliquée en Grèce |
