je traduis un texte parlant d'une affaire de meurtre. Dans mon texte, une femme se serait faite tuer par son beau-fils pour l'argent. En effet, son père, mort quelques années plus tôt, a légué tous ses biens à sa femme et lui a aussi donné accès à un "residual trust" de 4 millions de dollars. Son fils ne pourra toucher cet argent qu'une fois sa belle-mère morte. Sauriez-vous comment traduire le terme "residual trust" ?
