Je pensais qu'il s'agissait de "parts sociales" que l'on distribue entre les administrateurs ou gérants mais mes deux dictionnaires juridiques le traduisent par "Actions Ordinaires". J'ai trouvé une explication sur le site des impôts "Les versements doivent être effectués en numéraire et constituer des souscriptions au capital initial ou aux augmentations de capital de sociétés éligibles, sous la forme de titres donnant accès au capital (actions ordinaires ou de préférence) ou de parts sociales." mais je ne comprends toujours pas quel terme est le bon.
