Bonjour,

j'ai un petit doute quant à la manière de traduire le titre de ce document juridique.

Il s'agit d'une demande par laquelle une requérante, dans une procédure de divorce par consentement mutuel, demande à la cour d'accepter qu'elle puisse déclarer par voie d'affidavit étant donné qu'elle n'habite plus dans le pays où le mariage a été célébré et où son mari réside toujours.

Pour le moment j'ai traduit par "Affidavit aux fins de déclarer par voie d'affidavit" mais c'est bancal.

Le reste du document ne me pose pas de problème.
