"variation, acquittement, compromis, maniement de, échange ou renouvellement d'aucun droit ou remede (solution)"

à mon avis, "maniement" pourrait impliquer un peu plus l'idée de "manipulation" alors que "traitement" est plutôt neutre.

neutral  Germaine: "Maniement" ne se dit pas en français dans un cas comme celui-ci. Désolée, je n'avais pas vu votre mention de "traitement", mais en l'occurrence, c'est le synonyme de "maniement" qui s'appliquerait ici.
