Ai par contre utilisé au Québec visiblement et enseigné (par erreur donc ) à Paris en cours de traduction..!!
Je l\'ai souvent croisé dans des contrats mais opterait dorénavant pour \"dégager de toutes responsabilités\".
Le problème est que ce terme est souvent suivi de \"to hold harmless of any loss, damages, loss of profits, etc.\", qui ne sont pas repris dans cette expression.
