Accord sur l’authenticité de la licence Explanation: There is a misspelling in Authen-TI-city. I think that the agreement should be on the use of the licence and not on its authenticity. Any way you have the original to decide what is correct. |

Accord de licence d'authenticité Explanation: Accord de licence d'origine Il me semble en prenant les choses au pied de la lettre qu'il doit s'agir d'un accord de licence stipulant le droit du licencié à garantir l'authenticité du produit. Je m'explique : en général un accord de licence autorise le licencié à fabriquer, mais sous son propre nom uniquement. Ici le licencié aurait le droit de fabriquer sous le même nom que le fabricant original et donc bénéficierait en même temps de la notoriété de la marque d'origine.
