disagree  Keyvan Sayar: Aujourd'hui on utilise cette expression pour les hommes et les femmes... il ne s'agit donc plus d'autorité ou de puissance uniquement paternelle. Par exemple en cas de divorce la femme peut se voir confier la totalité de la patria potestas sur l'enfant.
