Relief = Réparation, dédommagement, redressement. Aide, assistance, secours. Réparation déclaratoire existe bel et bien. Selon moi, il serait préférable de traduire cette expression par Réparation déclaratoire, qui a ici plus de sens que Jugement déclaratoire. Bon travail.
