Voici le contexte: "Decision-shopping, accountability avoidance, stifled information flows, and consensus-driven inertia - these are the signs of an unhealthy organization"
Explanation: Je crois que l'on peut employer une expression tournant un peu la chose en dérision.

No problem, l'Académie française ne m'a pas encore semblée très attirée par la traduction.
En outre, à force d'être timorés et guindés linguistiquement, on finit par ne plus traduire; d'où des expressions comme "law shopping", etc.

J'ai recherché un peu - cela semblerait signifier demander conseil à Pierre, Paul et Jean - tout le monde et n'imorte qui pour arriver à une decision - mais comment le traduire?
