Value is defined as our customers perceive it – starting with our best or highest-value customers and then those customers with the potential to be high-value.

Je n'ai rien trouvé de satisfaisant, autre que "nos clients les plus importants" ...
"nos clients qui ont plus de valeur" me donne l'impression de "monnayer" les clients
et en plus, à la fin, j'ai ce "potential high value"
