The only maintenance "thing" they could release would be an upgraded version of a piece of software which performs a maintenance function...unless they have a truckload of maintenance technicians ready for release ?!

S'il est bien question d'informatique et de logiciels, je crois qu'on peut parler de mise à jour, surtout dans le cas (comme ici, semble-t-il) de la diffusion d'un nouveau logiciel ou segment de logiciel. (Certains n'utilisent "upgrade" que pour les nouvelles versions (i.e. changements majeurs) du logiciel.
