English term or phrase: acceptance by concession
Bonjour à tous. Je traduis un document sur la qualité et voilà la phrase qui me pose problème : "Clear acceptance procedures for the control of incoming goods, including rejection, acceptance by concession, or regrading for an alternative use, shall be in place and understood by all authorised personnel."
