English term or phrase: upside/downside
Ces termes sont utilisés seuls dans la phrase suivante : The contractual upside and downside applies on the cumulative quantities. Ils sont également utilisés comme suit : upside flexibility (symbolisée par Min. %) and downside flexibility (Max. %). En fait, dans la première occurrence, je pense que flexibility est omise par erreur. Pas d'autres explications de ces termes dans le document concerné. Est-ce flexibilité à la hausse (ascendante) et à la baisse (descendante) ?
