Il y a aussi un "arrangement" une "entente" mais je pense que "accord" est plus approprié.

Non, désolée!!!!!! Il me manque la moitié de la traduction je me suis laissé emporté par "arrangement" et j'ai oublié de traduir consignment.
Dans ce cas on dirait qu'il s'agit d'un chargement. Ça pourrait être aussi une expédition

Dans ce cas je mettrais "entente" pour le premier et "contrat" ou "contrat cadre" pour la fin de phrase.
