Retail:
1,000 units behind budget, even if USR is still performing very well (+1,200 vs BP) and independents also (+700).

Est-ce que USR, BP et "independents sont différents types de véhicules ?
J'avais pensé à "voitures particulières" pour "independents", et à 4X4 pour "USR". Mais BP, je ne vois pas ce que c'est.

Explanation:
Sounds like USR is a vehicle concession (or group of dealers) while independents are independent vehicle dealers.

I think "+1,200 vs BP" means the same as +1,200 vs budget.

Just guessing though!
