Voici le contexte, et comme l'indiquent les guillemets, il s'agit d'un néologisme, un nouveau concept utilisé par les gestionnaires pour décrire le type de gouvernance à mettre en place en ces temps de crise financière.

Avez-vous rencontré un équivalent français pour ce concept (je trouve que la traduction littérale «entreprise claire» serait ridicule... peut-être du côté de «limpide» ???)

Asker: C'est effectivement le terme idiomatique en FR. On en rouve d'ailleurs un certain nombre d'occurrences sous Google. J'ai modulé la phrase pour éviter la répétition (rendu par «limpidité»)
