La qualité de l'anglais laisse à désirer, alors il s'agit peut-être d'une utilisation erronée de terminologie financière. Je suis donc relativement confiant de ma traduction, mais pas certain à 100%.
La page Facebook est une pub pour un évenement nommé "Designation Fair", mais nécessite un compte sur ce site pour pouvoir la visionner.
Cette page Wikipédia est pour le mot « titre », qui est la traduction du terme anglais "designation" dans ce contexte (les finances et la comptabilité).
