Les leads sont l'ensemble des indicateurs qu'un commercial peut suivre pour trouver des clients potentiels. On distingue les leads en général des leads qualifiés, où le client a clairement exprimé son intéret pour le produit du vendeur. Par ex. dans une banque, la piste de base : c'est le fichier clients, les qualified leads, c est l'ensemble des clients qui a indiqué qu'il était inté'resse par des prêts immobiliers. |

prospect ciblé/non ciblé Explanation: En vente, un "lead" est souvent une "piste", un prospect. Qualified prospect: an individual or organization that has been identified by lifestyle, need, etc. as a prospective buyer for a particular product. Often use as well to describe one who has the authority and the resources to buy. Webster's Pocket Business Dictionary Pour "Qualified" (littéralement: dont on a déterminé la qualité), la traduction me semble donc être "ciblé", dans le sens "dont le profil a été établi": "... un certain nombre de résultats de prospects (au profil) ciblé ou non ciblé." Ce n'est pas parfait, mais c'est tout ce qui me vient à l'idée pour l'instant... On trouve aussi: CIBLE Partie du public que l'on veut atteindre par la publicité ou à laquelle on destine un produit (donc distinguer "cible publicitaire" et "cible marketing"). Le "coeur de cible" est constitué par le segment potentiellement le plus à même de réagir positivement. prospects qualifiés/non-qualifiés Explanation: that's the equivalent of lead in French I've been working a few days ago on a similar project I made some research and founbd out that in marketing the exact translation for lead is prospects and means a person, an agency which is likely to generate or bring clients hopes it helps |
