Merci. Oui, le sens est proche ici. En fait, ce qui est sous-entendu dans le contexte, apparement, est que le locataire fasse des sorties en mer avec des clients de son sponsor. J'ai fini par utiliser "faire des sorties en mer de relations publiques" et "communication institutionnelle" pour le sous-titre, qui est plus générale en application.
