En principe, je suis assez d´accord avec les remarques de Stéphanie Huss. En fonction des secteurs prof., le GDT donne un tas de définitions pour "leadership". Dans tous les cas, c´est celui qui dirige, soit au niveau de l´organisation, soit au niveau des idées qu´il fait valoir. C´est pour cela que, dans ce cas-ci, je parlerai de "direction conceptuelle".
