"It provides objective, unbiased color data according to a full range of established industry scales," in your quoted source, is about a spectrometer used to scientifically "measure" or assess a colour.
"objective" and "unbiased" are nearly synonymous here - it's not the coloring that is unbiased, but the colour measurement.
