Explanation:
puisqu'exprimé en secondes d'arc, il s'agit bien d'un pas de rotation (plus parlant à mon avis que résolution d'indexage)

disagree  Tony M: Non, dans ce contexte très spécifique, il y a un autre sens ; il s'agit bien du pas de l'indexage lui-même, et non simplement de la rotation (ce qui serait bien plus fin)
