Explanation:
Je ne suis pas plus malin qu'un autre. Je ne fais également que supposer qu'il s'agit d'une tondeuse qui fonctionne aussi bien à l'essence qu'à l'électricité. Sinon, je ne vois pas ce que 'fuel tank' et 'battery' auraient à voir ensemble...

Actually, I'm not guessing at all - ProElec has the correct translation; these notes will (hopefully) satisfy your curiosity!

'at 20-hours rate' is a way of defining the 'conditions' under which the battery can deliver a given quantity of energy, as part of the battery specification; we can infer that if this particular battery is discharged with a constant current of 2.25 amps, it will be fully discharged after 20 hours (2.25 x 20=45).

The problem is that the faster you discharge a battery, the less total energy it provides before you have to recharge it: if the same battery were discharged with a current ten times greater (22.5 A), it might be fully discharged after only 30 minutes, instead of the 2 hours you might expect. Hence the need to mention this as part of the battery specification.

This lawn-mower has a 23 litre fuel tank - that's quite big for a lawn-mower and implies the presence of a large engine fitted with an electric starter-motor; hence the need for a battery.
