agree  Tony M: Yes, I too was asking myself, which part is actually being overloaded here? Unless it simply means 'continuous burning', i.e. 100% duty cycle, which would be much more than normal...?

Explanation:
If this is a "test" procedure, I suspect "overload input" is an electrical signal involving the sensors and the controller indicating a miscalibration.
