English term or phrase: is as if

J'ai tout un passage qui ne me semble pas très correct, dont voici une phrase: "Will make a B first to use the standard piece 4( hexangular cylinder head bolt of inside M8X25,2) fix in the machine hull a side , another side is as if." Si cette phrase est tout à fait correcte (ce dont je doute), je ne vois pas le sens de la fin en "is as if".... Qq peut il m'aider?? Merci
