Here is the context: "Just for comparison's sake, measurements were also taken on a 20-year-old electric forklift truck with a rattling pallet box tipper, worn cushion tyres and a seat without suspension."

It's about tests on forklift trucks to find out how much vibrations they produce. I saw two pictures of a "pallet box tipper" on the net but they were not part of a forklift truck. So I have no idea what a "forklift truck with a (rattling) pallet box tipper" is or should be translated.
