Explanation:
J'ai trouvé l'expression "fine size matrix", qui veut dire "matrice de mailles fines".
Pourquoi l'anglais est-il "size matrix" et non "matrix size" ? S'agissant sans doute d'un implant, sa matrice doit avoir des mailles de dimensions précises.
